We have been made aware about a new limitation for G Suite annual subscription by one of our Customers who has faced the following issue. Turns out that unused email accounts cannot be deleted if the G Suite service has been provisioned with the annual billing cycle. The new restriction has been implemented by Resellerclub on 19th september 2019 but it looks like these changes in the API have not been announced.

If you try to delete unused email accounts, then the Order for downgrade will be endless stuck in process. Further more, an action pending execution does not allow any other actions being executed until the pending action got terminated and you would need to contact your service provider to get this manually fixed.

In order to avoid such kind of issues, we have immediately implemented the following restrictions which applies to annual subscriptions only:

From the admin area, you cannot delete email accounts before 30 days of the due date. Once the deadline is exceeded, Resellerclub does allow downgrade:

The customer cannot downgrade the G Suite Plan, only upgrade to a higher plan will be allowed. In the below image, the current plan is G Suite Starter and for annual subscriptions we filter out lower plans (G Suite Personal):

A G Suite Plan allows you to add new accounts as well as delete unused accounts. If the Customer has an annual subscription, he will not be able to delete email accounts until the deadline is exceeded and an error message will be displayed:

The updates to v4.4.1 for the RCM Core Console with new language updates as well as the update for the G Suite Module has been released today.
