(deprecated KB Article) This behavior has changed and auth-tokens are generated "on-demand"
The direct login links or buttons for hosting, mail, dns or sitebuilder login does not work and shows the following error:
Error Message: Please provide valid login Credentials.Invalid Login Credentials
This Error message is thrown when a auth-token has expired. Auth-tokens are valid only for a few minutes and if you stay for long time on the product details page in admin or client panel, then you have to reload the product details page to generate a new auth-token.
This behavior is normal and controled by ResellerClub for security reasons. In such case just reload the productdetails page which generates a new auth-token.
